What items are returnable?

  • Within 7 days of receipt of your shipment
  • In original condition
  • Unwashed and Unworn
  • In the original packaging/New with tags

 

What items are non-refundable?

  • Free gifts or promotional items
  • Items specified in our Refund Policy
  • Shipping charges are non-refundable

 

Are there any charges for return?

  • There is no charges for a return, however some items may be subject to re-stocking fees.
  • Original shipping charges are non-refundable
  • Emerald & Oak is not responsible for return shipping charges

 

How do I return?

  • Download our Return Authorization Form
  • Follow the form instructions and select the items you want to return before emailing a copy of your completed form to: hello@emeraldoakco.com or return@emeraldoakco.com
  • You will get a confirmation email with shipping guidelines once your pre-return/exchange is approved.
  • *If your pre-return request is rejected we will notify you as well.

 Please do not ship any items back to us until AFTER we have approved your Return Authorization Form.

How soon will I get my refund or exchange?

  • Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item(s). We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund based on your pre-return request, and the condition of your returned item(s).
  • If you are approved for a refund, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied via the original method of payment, within 10 business days. Refunds are processed based on your financial institution's processing times.
  • If you are approved for an exchange, then your exchange will be processed, and a new item in the same exact style, color, and size will automatically be shipped via the original method of shipping you chose at your original checkout. If the item is out of stock you will be permitted to exchange for an item in stock of equal value, accept a store credit, or be offered a full refund, less shipping fees. In any event we will make every effort to ensure you are satisfied with your purchase.
 

 

Download the "Return Authorization Form" and WAIT for approval before shipping your items, using these instructions below. *Please note: We will return this form to the email you used at the time of your purchase after our return and exchange approval process is completed.

 

 

Return Instructions:

(Please wait for our shipping department approval and confirmation of your return or exchange BEFORE shipping your item(s). We will NOT refund, exchange, or re-ship items sent without approval. If you have any questions concerning a return or exchange please reach out to return@emeraldoakco.com prior to beginning your return/exchange.)

1. Pack all the returned items along with a copy of your purchase receipt.

2. Ship package per your preferred courier, we recommend purchasing  insurance and tracking confirmation if it is not already included. 

3. Please provide us the tracking number from post office or courier if applicable so that we may track your return shipment.

4. You will receive an email as soon as we received your items, and when refund is approved.
